in order to write behaviuoral testing you need to know the
exact functionality of the software either written in
document or through the training.

this is called Adhoc testing.
means on you prior experience and on your understanding u
write test cases and as we are black box tester we must
think as we are end user that time we get proper
understanding and we can write test cases and test the
application.

Anyone can raise a defect.For an example:-
A customer of a bank when uses ATM for transactions can
face a problem and report it to customer care executive.
The end user does not know whether it is a technical
problem or it is a real bug in the application. But in the
later stage the technical executives can conform it is as a
bug in the application.
