The answer cannot be determined as there are two variables
and just one equality. to deternmine two variables we need
atleast two equations.
Some of them has given an answer of 28 but it cannot be
correct as any multiple of 28 will satify the equation

From the point of view of an I.Q test it can be solved
M=6 and N=5
now 3M+2N =3(6)+2(5) =28
This can be attempted in MCQ's where option 28 is likely to be among the choices,however in subjective form of test this cannot be determined, as there are two variables and one equation.
