The defect/Bug which is present the current (release)build.
When there is sufficient time to fix bug devlopment team
releases the build with bugs.
These bugs will be mentuioned in the release notes as Known
bugs.
Normally these (bug)issues will be buxed in the future
builds or releases.

issue is nothing but a defect in US terminology they use
issue instead of defect or bug
