In a Waterfall approach, the development process would follow sequential phases. First, the Requirement Gathering phase where the bank teller's request is documented. Then, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment phases are executed one after another. In contrast, an Agile approach would involve iterative cycles of Planning, Development, Testing, and Deployment (often called Sprints). The full customer profile addition could be developed in smaller chunks through multiple sprints, allowing for faster feedback and adaptability.
