so that company is outsourcing certain services to be done
by a third party organisation.mainly a third party service
provider.
so the third party is providing services to the customers of

it is mainly outsourced to a low cost location and low paid...

The expansion of BPO is business processing outsource.bpo
means the countries like US AND EUROPE are giving their
part of work to countries like India.They providing service
to us and europe.the works like pay roll,administration
etc.but now BPO is playing a major role in india.In india
they also doing domestic work to companies like
reliance,airtel etc.in otherwords it is the agent for the
company for providing service to third party.

definately it is bussiness process outsourcing .. as it is
a rising industry these days. bpo deals in every sector.
most of the multinational company in india are bpo and the
most of work comes from us and europe as they earn their
profits by giving work in india as cost of labour is low
here and bpo cannot be called fully it sector coz even bpo
needs IT
