When ever i got a deviation from the requirements while
executing the application then i will make sure that the
defect is reproducible and then i will post the defect
using the bugtracking tool by keeping the status of the bug
as new.

First of all make sure that bug is reproducable, and discuss
the severity of the bug with your Team Lead
Report the Bug in Bug Tracking Tool(Test director or quality
center on any other internal Tool)

1. By using some defect Track Tools like quality
Center,Bugzilla,Clear Quest Etc..
2. By using some internal tools.
3. By using Excel sheet also we can report the bug.

If we are enterinf different inputs for the same field then tester have to write that much separate test cases with separate ID. E.g. First name field Inputs are - 1. valid name = Shyam, 2. Digits , 3. Blank Space, 4. Empty Name, 5. Enter name after blank space, 6. Special Characters etc. So May I have to write 6 separate test cases with test case id 1,2,3,4,5 & 6.?
