To start the IIS (Internet Information Services) Manager, you can open your web browser and type 'http://localhost/iismanager' in the address bar. Alternatively, go to 'Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services Manager'. On some systems, you can also use the 'inetmgr' command in the Command Prompt.
