explain how can you tell the exact version of exchange you are running?..

Answer / Anuj Bhushan

To determine the exact version of Exchange Server you're currently running, follow these steps:
1. Open a Windows PowerShell session with administrative privileges.
2. Run the command: Get-ExchangeServer.
3. Look for the ServerVersion property in the returned object. This will display the exact version number of your Exchange Server instance.
