hi Swathi, answer is good , but from freshers point of
view.. on experienced level it looks kiddish.. try to be
more focused on the issues from your past employment, like
problem in managing your team, or any critical overnight
issue. etc.

As of now, my biggest problem is to start off my career with
a good organization, and i feel i am heading towards the
solution because firstly, i chose this prestegeous
organization to work with and i will be completely out of
this problem once i get a job here.

From my childhood onwards I have one problem i.e am poor in
maths.so,for that I faced many problems from my family and
in my school also.i.e badresponse.So i felt sad.At that
time I realised and work hard.From morning to night always
am practicing maths practice & practice.Then I got 70%marks
in maths i.e at my 9th & 10th standed.Then I got good
response from my family and my school teachers & my
friends.At that time I felt very hapy and glad.
