Manual process is varies company to company.
Testing start as soon as we get the requirements document.
Most of the company follows th V model in this both the
activity is going on side by side means verification and
also validation.With the help of requirement doc. try to
break it in different scenarios and try to write down the
test cases once will get the build execute the test cases
and reporting the bug.

process are there
Each company follow the different methods v-model, agile
method RUP model
Every model start with the getting requirements conducting
the reviews to identify the requirements preparing the TRS
documents and scenario documents after we are preparing the
test cases documents after getting the build we are
execution test cases if getting any build execution test
cases if getting the issues we are preparing the defect
reporting finally preparing the summary reports this
manual process
