Explain about Chemical Equilibrium ?
Answer / guest
Irreversible reactions:- The reaction in which the products
do not interact to form the original substance are known as
Irreversible reactions
Reversible Reaction:-These are reactions in which the
product of a chemical reactions can interact under a
different set of conditions to from the original substances
Chemical Equilibrium:-It is the point where the two opposing
reactions are going on at the same time and with same rate,
there is state of balanced activity or chemical equilibrium
At equilibrium point
(a)Rates of both the reactions are equal and opposite
(b)Both reactions are in full operation
(c)Any changes in external conditions e.g. temperature
pressure or concentration will favour one reaction, and this
shifting the point of equilibrium
Rate of Reaction:-If the rate at which chemical reaction
proceeds. This rate of reaction depends upon number if
factor which are follows:-
(a)Nature of reacting substances.
(b)Temperature
(c)Catalytic agent
(d)Concentration or pressure
