Explain the following ? Isotope, Isobars, Stable configuration, Electronic Theory of Valency, Vale..

Answer / guest

Isotope:-These can be defined as forms of some element
having the same at number, but different weight due to
different nuclear structures. Atomic Weight of these
elements are only average weights on mixture of isotopes

Isobars:-These are defined as atoms of different elements
with different atomic numbers but same atomic weight

Stable configuration:-This concept was put forward by Lewis,
Langmioir. According to this the electronic arrangement in
which eight electrons are present in the outermost orbit is
known as stable configuration

Electronic Theory of Valency:-The electronic present in
outermost orbit of an atom determine its valency and these
are known as valency electrons. If the valency electrons are
removed the reminder of atom is known as kernel of atom

Valency:-It can be defined according to electronic theory as
the number of electron it can lend, barrow or store. A
lending at atom is known as electro positive while borrowing
atom is called as electronegative
