As according to me the teacher should be kind friendly so that hesitation should be eleminated first strict teacher can make student bright in control but can never remove his/her fear from him/her and strict teacher as management control direction can only come with strict as more friendly will spoil student life itself having no fear tension about their life but sorry for me teacher should be moderate not strict or nor a friendly thanks.

if i m in front of interviewing officer nd he has given me a situation but actully but i m nt in state of giving any answer then what i*d do at that time?
