ihave applied for f1 visa for summer 2008 term.........if i get visa for that can i deffere my admission to fall 2008 term as my college is permitting so? do i need to reapply for f1 visa in case i deffere my admission with my colleges permission

Dear friends my Visa got rejected twice for fall admission in a month, on 3rd june and 16th june, Can I apply again for the same Fall semester, Actually apoinments are not available and emergency slots are also not there for students rejected twice in last six months, what can I do, pls suggest??

Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 630. My TOEFL score is 86.I have 2nd class in graduation and 2nd class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview? nd Why ur going to masters again? ineed answer for these questions plz?

i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. I am planning to go for my MS, its a two years course worthing some thing xyz lakh rupees, if I am able to show the above amount in BANK loan do i need to show up any additional sponsorers.. in addition to the bank loan i can show 1/4th amount in FD's. I live alone wid my mom, I dont have any IT tax payer in my family. Can any suggest any views?? what all questions i will be facing and what am I suppose to answer.

i guradated from high-school in 2004, i applied in a college here, but i didn't continue my study, i succesed only in one semster in college here, i quit this month, and i'm applying for F-1 visa,i'm self-sponsor because my father is retired, what would i say if they ask me what were you doing ll this time? and how could you support yourself?
