The difference in the result indicate improper mixing of the KF reagent and the standardization the RED limit is 1%. Depending on the percent of water content present in sample strength of KF reagent varies.
1mg/ml KF: less than 200ppm water content
2mg/ml KF: 200ppm to 1000 ppm water content
5mg/ml KF: 1000ppm to 100% water content
Before starting of analysis it is advisable to give proper mixing of KF reagent to get good results

this type of errors are coming mainly two problems
i)KF ragent is not good are abnormal solution. change the KF Reagent
ii)KF Reagent pipe end filter is not good once the filter is clean
