The difference in the result indicate improper mixing of the KF reagent and the standardization the RED limit is 1%. Depending on the percent of water content present in sample strength of KF reagent varies.
1mg/ml KF: less than 200ppm water content
2mg/ml KF: 200ppm to 1000 ppm water content
5mg/ml KF: 1000ppm to 100% water content
Before starting of analysis it is advisable to give proper mixing of KF reagent to get good results
