Softcoded flex field is itself a type of Key Flex Field. These FF are defined to store the legislation specific information. It does not have its type further. Key flex field are of 10 types in which 6 are compulsary and soft coded flex field is defined only if it is needed.

Hi all, I posess and MBA degree with nearly 5yrs of exp in various areas of HRMS. out of which i have also worked as Oracle hrms support consultant for abt 8 months almost 3 yrs back. After which i had to quit my job due to personal reasons.
