following of the tiers-
(1) Application Level (Components,JScript,SQL Query)
(2) Improper Indexing of the queries.
(3) Firewall
(4) Proxy
(5) Loadbalancer
(6) GET or POST method calls.
(7) Appserver Business Logic
(8) Appserver Context Switching,Page Fault,Interrutps etc.
(9) Webserver hardware issues.
