hi i was in usa. i finished my MBA, finish my OPT and start Phd. but that university been closed and our SEVIS record been frozen. i came back to country. my question is that if i get new I-20 and new Sevis Record, can i go back to usa on these papers. i have valid F1 visa for 9 months. please mail me back ASAP. sehzk@yahoo.com

I'm a BE graduate who passed out in July 2009. I've got an year back, hence I took 5 years to complete my B.E. My finance is pretty strong. I got 59% in my under-graduation. Gre- 1070 and TOEFL- 106 (iBT) Is obtaining a VISA difficult for me ?

Hi, I ma kapila,my GRE Score is 910 & TOEFL Score is 97.my Intervies date was 10 Dec'10. i rejected bacause i can't understand one queston & can't give answer properly at that time.should i will take another date on this month? & if visa officer will ask me reason for rejected than what should I'll give answer??? my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa officer didn't listen. he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about backlogs, what he is supposed to answer? can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment dates are not available. emergency appointments only available. can someone tell how to get appointment date?
