yes your auncle can sponsor you,but he should provide
correct documents for proving his sponsorship.any one can
sponsor you from any part of the world but the only thing
you should keep in mind his you should provide them a
correct documents

I am going with a similar status, menaing my uncle is
sponsoring me . My interview is on 20th june chennai.As far
as I know and have heard it shd not be a problem as long
you are confident and can should affidavit of support and
relavent documents(if asked)

I will be going through a similar scenario any idea how to
tackle it. My father died about 6 months ago and my mother

brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can
this be justified? As the income (which is currently
Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle)
cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?

some of the univesity does not ask any scores like gre,toefl then what can i do can i apply for that.or it is risky for me in the interview.because am not going to waste my time for gre,and toefl.plzzz tell me abot this.

I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
