We have a WISPr application making an authentication request
to a server running an authentication module. The client
application is sending the User--Agent value, but the
authentication application logs the User-Agent value as
null, please explain the steps i should take to troubleshoot
the issue. Please mention the steps by applying your
knowledge of the OSI model.

4. Layer 4 - Transport: Investigate packet loss or reordering that may cause the received data to appear incomplete or corrupted.
5. Layer 3 - Network: Examine network connectivity and routing, ensuring that packets are reaching their intended destination.
6. Layer 2 - Data Link: Analyze frame structure and MAC addressing to ensure proper transmission and reception of data.
7. Layer 1 - Physical: Verify the physical layer parameters such as voltage levels, cabling, and connectors.
