DUE TO LACK OF DOCUMENTATION TESTING TEAM WILL PREPARE
SCENARIOS AND TEST CASES DEPENDING UPON PAST
EXPERIENCE,DISCUSSIONS WITH OTHERS, INTERNET
BROWSING,SIMILAR SOFTWARE OPERATIONS,BOOK READING, MEETING
WITH CUSTOMER AND OBSERVING EXISTING SCREENS IN TESTING
PROJECT. THIS TYPE OF TESTING IS CALLED AS EXPLORATORY TESTING.

testing.Aim find bugs in application as well as documents.
Ex browser testing like
Tester 1 IE 6
Tester 2 IE 7
Tester 3 IE 8
Tester 4 FF 3.7 etc...

of the application ...then this time we go for exploratory

Exploratory testing is simultaeous learning , test design
and test executtion. It is type of adhoc testing, but here
tester does not have that much idea about the application,
he explores the system in an attempt to learn the
application and simultaneously test it.
