Many times a tester can reopen the bug? i said until the bug
is resolved.. but the interviewer doesn't accept.. If there
any standard for that..

There can be three scenarios:-
1) the tester is still getting the bug again and again. In that case your answer is quite right, we can reopen the bug as many times as required.
2) If the bug has gone to deferred state ,may be it is going for a release later, then we cann't re-open it again and again.it doesn't make sense right.
3)If the QA Lead has rejected it at all, it is not a bug altogeher, then also we cann't re-open the bug.

If you are re-opening a bug again and again , that means it is not getting fixed and the things are getting back to square one. So how could such an application can be called as Good.If the same bug is getting reopened say 10 times, it is not at all a nicely developed application.yes your testing is good enough but it is a waste of time and effort to test such application.

As there are different builds for every version & any build can release to the client.I m using Excell sheet for Test Case writting. Then Am I write Version No/build No.newly added feature test cases. Because when that build again release for testing I can understand that this build have that feature.
