Reasons may include:-
1. The Client Outlook settings has been corrupted.
2. Due to firewall the Outlook's Sending options is not
reaching the Exchange server to synchronize with the
Exchange server.
3.a)Exchange transport service is not running,
b)Exchange POP3 service is stopped or disabled,
c)Your client is not able to connect MS Exchange
server (Can be domain or password issue)
d)Your user account has expired.

1. Please check the size of your mailbox
2. Also check If sender is receiving any NDR.
3. Check your Incoming Mail server status
4. Check your outlook is in which mode like Online /
Offline / Connected
5. Try sending a Test mail to yours with a Request Delivery
receipt whether you are receiving Delivered / Undeliverable.
