a US company has filed my H1B visa ,, and i got selected in
random number process.I wanna ask Could they ask regarding
my languages(java,c++) or there will b just general
questions?? And wat kind of questions will they ask in
embassy interview??

I cam India from USA two days back due to some domestic reasons.I was given a blue form during H1B interview for additional documents. They asked for all the w-2 and tax returns of all the employees in the company which the company refused to give. What should I do now. Can I take a different date fr the interview again at a different consulate location. or should I skip that particular document and send the rest that they have asked for.

Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.
