i hve same qus , i and got ans. i called vfs and they told me that there is construction work going on and they are advising everyone to take delhi to other embassy.

Hi, I am a software engineer. And in due time i will apply H1 visa. My concern over here is the spelling of my First name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and Engineering markesheets and certificates are different. Will there be an issue if i apply for Visa aned what should i do over here. Thanks

I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?

Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ? I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??
