well of course sir i have come to study in usa coz the the
university which i select 2 study offered the subject which
r very helpful 2 me 2 get my job in india..and wid that i
can get job more easily wid gud sallary in many of the
multinational companies in india..and in india most of the
companies r sicking 4 this..so tht wil be beneficial 2 me

HTC Global Services is a company based in Troy, Michigan with offices around the world. In India, it has offices in Tambaram, a suburb of Chennai. This company has been found to violate US immigration laws. The following instances along with supporting evidence cautions employers and employees. 1. HTC Global Services has been found to violate the US Immigration laws on "6/8/2000" specifically "Failure to comply with subpart H or I (failed to obtain PW documentation)". I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
