I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12
years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied
for the certificate in accounting which is one year course
from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The
Toefl and official transcript is not required for this
certificate course but the university will be taking
placement english test on arrival there. The university is
issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am
having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student
visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official
Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the
official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student
visa. I look forward for the help.

How many times can one apply for visa if rejected once for fall 2009 ? I was rejected a visa on june 23rd. and can i apply for emergency date for 2nd attempt , however i am not able to view dates for the interview.

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

Last time On 21st July i was rejected bcz of this Q : Why do u Want to go For again bech.....In Real I have completed Bca and I applied For Computer science as a Transfer Student bcz i applied b4 my ty completion and i done WES report of bca fy n sy..so i got merit credit n 3000$ scholarship from SEMO university which is listed in my I20..My consultant suggest me for CS course..bcz i have not given Gmat or gre...I got 5.5 BANDS in IELTS....so wat i have to tell to officer if again Q will arise...How can i convince them?
In the interview on asking about the number of backlogs i have lied and the visa officer came to know that i have lied and he has rejected my visa for the 1st time and now if i go for the 2nd time plz tell me wht should i say that for what reason i was rejected last time.
