I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not
mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives
in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time.
Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i
told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US?
Is this the reason of my rejection?
I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

Hi, If you change any of the informaing in your DS-160 form
or in your answers to the visa officer that itself will
become a reason for rejection. so better stick to the same
info / answers given earlier. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING.
Reason for your rejection could be something else.Analyse
the questions and the kind of answers you had given or
visit a consultant who could help you to prepare you for
the visa interveiw.

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified? As the income (which is currently Property Rent + In house business + Support from my uncle) cannot be justified on paper how can I counter this.?

hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. In our JNTUK system, there is a two subject exception rule, means we can leave two subjects without writing exams or can leave two failed subjects without clearing by the end of engineering. I failed in a subject in my 4th year and didn't need to clear it, so left it. I got all my certificates and got job at the same time. I have been working in infosys from past 3 years till date. Now I am applying for student visa. My doubt is that, do we consider that failed subject as a backlog or not? Do I have a backlog or not?
