I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not
mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives
in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time.
Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i
told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US?
Is this the reason of my rejection?
I am confused!!! please answer!!!!

Hi, If you change any of the informaing in your DS-160 form
or in your answers to the visa officer that itself will
become a reason for rejection. so better stick to the same
info / answers given earlier. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING.
Reason for your rejection could be something else.Analyse
the questions and the kind of answers you had given or
visit a consultant who could help you to prepare you for
the visa interveiw.

i Have Given IELTS 6.5 and NOT GRE or TOEFL and got I_20 from two universities and my VISa date is 3 june.will I get the visa???

They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me
I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.
