i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to
study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with
my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties
to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only
son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in
SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0.
that means i am not a serious student, can this problem
cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then
please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason
for " why low marks "

Hey dude!!! No need to worry. If you have not maintained
your academic status, then the Vos will certainly arise you
some critical questions that needs a lot of reasoning. But
be sure to convince him/her by maintaining a status out of
your academics. You can tell them you are devoted to make a
change in you by pursuing US education.
I have heard about the people entering US even failing to
pass SLC.
So cheer up.....
Go and boom the interview!!!!!!

Dude !!!
go with Biraj Bhandari's answer.
he is saying truth.
But i believe the bigger issue is that why ur uncle is
sponsoring your education.
Try to find out the answer for that.
try to explain like:
I am almost like his son,he has no children,so I am like his
children & he wants me to study well & do good in my career.
that way my uncle is sponsoring my education.

Hey dude !!
dont worry about your academic details..coz..im in United states..i came here for Studying purpose for F1 visa status...and my scores are 63% in SLC and 52% in +2..and i got 6.5 in ILETS..so academic issue doesn't matter..may be think about the sponsorship and try to make very strong documents..
Good Luck..

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?
why u want to do this course (BBA)...............plz replay soon its urgent.
