my name is imran i am stdent from india i have applied for ms in technology and got i 20 from 3 university \but there problem in visa interview i have FD of 13 lakhs indian ruppee bank saving of 4 lakh in my account and 4 lakhs in my bro and my another account and fixed assets of worth 30 lakh indian rupee but i got rejected in first interview ..bcoz i can hear what visa officer saying properly bcoz of glass in between and bcoz of this i were not answerd properly i dont know why she rejected my visa applincation when i took date second time that time i made mistake trhat i took date ion emergency services and emergency application is not valid for 2nd time now i am going to takre date third time i want ur hellp what shuld ido so that i will get visa easily ...i am very afraid my college is start from 15 jan ...i have applied for 1 week extention plz help me plz help me is there any way to get visa plz do reply on my email if u (aimranms@gmail.com)

i want to know whether I can apply for MS with all fake certificates of education like Btech, inter, and will the documents be checked while attending the interview for VISA??? also want to know will there be any verification even after getting I20

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

Hello everybody.......I am Vishal from Bangalore....I have secured admission in a flight school at USA for commercial pilot training. Ill be appearing for M1 visa interview at US consulate (Chennai) shortly. I am not taking any professional guidance for my visa interview, so i would glad if you guys can answer few of my questions and advise me on the same. Let me tel you guys a lil about my training. The duration of my training is 7-9months. The cost of my training as mentioned on I-20 is $45000 U.S. dollars. It includes 6 months accommodation, food and and utility expenses. I have got a education loan from a nationalized bank. The bank has sanctioned $41500 U.S. dollars. My parents are funding the remaining amount required for my training and other personnel expense . My first questions that, Apart from the $45000 U.S. dollars how much more funds will the interviewer expect me to have at the time of my interview. My second question is regarding the work permit. As you guys know currently air carriers in India are suffering badly, so they have stopped hiring pilots. If i perform well my flight school is ready to employ me as a instructor. However with M1 visa i can stay only for a year without any work permit. So is it possible to apply for work permit and get my visa extended at the end of my training without having come to India? Kindly advise... Regards
