I need a little clarification?
i just need a straight answer, do i get visa or not? how much chances?




i have done My B.tech ECE 60% jntu-hyd 2011 Passout
12th 95% 2007 passout
10th 80% 2005 passout
GRE old-950-289
Ietls validity expired 6.0 Bands going to retake if u suggest




Coming to me, i have few negative impacts?
1. I dont have any work experience after my B.Tech 2011, so its a Gap after my education? This is due to i have tried for Us in 2012 and got rejected twice in dec 2012 for low gre score they suggested..
Then i have worked for some small company for 10months but the thing is the company has been removed unfortunately so i cant provide u any details letters or anything., then after i have done few courses and trying for job, suddenly i had interest to do Masters so thought of doing work study MS program as consultants suggested, and they guaranteed for i-20 without any gre and ietls, as they said there is no need to take gre and ietls for this work study program and they guarantee my i-20 for Ms in computer science in some average university may be a low ranked.. 
My question is with out any prior experience showing a gap of 3.5 years after my B.Tech and without any ietls and Gre score of 289, can i get visa, is there any chances?
if how much percent can i expect?
the conusltancy says of having 90% chances but i would like to know form you, because you can suggest without expecting anything from me?
i will be glad if you sugggest me and help me further..

i am planning to apply for u.s student visa .i am still persuing my b.tech 4-1 cse next month is my 4-2 i have 58% till now. was having 11 backlog but cleared last year!my ssc is 63% and inter is 58% am i capable to get the u.s student visa . and if i am what should be my gre and toefl score. what should i say to interviewer about my backlog which i was having... plz help me.. should i do m.s !

hey..... i'm applying for spring. I have planned to do Bachelor in hospitality and tourism management.. the colleges that i;m applying does not require sat... bt i have already taken the date for sat on 8th October..... i'm not hoping to get good scores ...... if i'll get low scores, does it will affect the visa..... i have keen interest to do the mentioned major and i have also done "flair bartending" course which is unique and is a part of the major... plz give me suggestions.....

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. If i get admission then can i get visa with above score and GPA Note: I have currently i am doing job and i have 2.5 year experience as a Software Enggi. i have applied F1 visa 8th Aug and i have been rejected i could not conveince her on transfer from 3years bachelors of environmental science to sociology and i need to reach university by 25th Aug .last interview i said for second bachelor she asked why didnt search for environmental science and environment management and wild life management is different

I am a citizen of Nepal and i would like to proceed my further studies in the USA. I have got my I 20 from a reputed college in the USA but i am not sure of getting the visa. In my transcript, i have got only 58.6% in my high school taking the science faculty. My family has the expenses to pay for my tuition fees. But i think they will not give me the visa regarding my very low percentage. What shall i do? Will i get the visa ?
