i am stdent from india
i have applied for ms in technology and got i 20 from 3 university
\but there problem in visa interview
i have FD of 13 lakhs indian ruppee
bank saving of 4 lakh in my account and 4 lakhs in my bro and my another
account
and fixed assets of worth 30 lakh indian rupee
but i got rejected in first interview ..bcoz i can hear what visa officer saying
properly bcoz of glass in between and bcoz of this i were not answerd
properly
i dont know why she rejected my visa applincation
when i took date second time that time i made mistake trhat i took date ion
emergency services and emergency application is not valid for 2nd time
now i am going to takre date third time i want ur hellp what shuld ido
so that i will get visa easily ...i am very afraid my college is start from 15 jan
...i have applied for 1 week extention plz help me

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? Secondly in what way I can show my gold?Means is it self attested? Plz guide me. Regards & Thanks,

i got rejected my visa on 21june ..bcz i unable to give the aansewr about why dont you do ms in india ...i want to allpy again on this july 2nd week may i apply with in this short period and if he asked about why you rejected at last time? what should i have to give the answer?
hii....im ravi . i was rejected once in 9th dec 2009 in delhi consulate. Visa officer told me u dnt have enough funds to support ur education in USA . bt had shown 10 lakh of saving and 14 lakh of FD's and 7 lakh of bank loan so total is 31 lakh . and my tution fees is $ 14000 for 1 year and my course is 2 years . im gng 2 NYIT for Mastress in computer Sci . and my profile is like dat GRE 1030, IELTS 6, B.Tech 64% computer sci from india(PTU), National Diploma in COmputing Level-7 (Operation's & Support) from New Zealand. plz help me wt should i do in my second attemp im gng for second ime in 7th Jan 2010 .and also i have increased my bank loan 7 lakh to 15 lakh . and i took sponsership 4m my grand mother also . and wt kind of changes ill be do more ....plz help me guys
