HI,
I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt
they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US
and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in
current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not
aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only
for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that
have u filed immigration application so i told no not for
me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was
honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for
green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for
interview? plz help.

HI im currently a third year engineering student. I wish to do an internship in a strategic electronics department which is kind off in collaboration with DRDO,(basically releated to defence projects). I have done my B.E in jan 2011 instead of completing in april 2010.i have 15 backlogs ,GRE score is 930,toefl score is 90, and with aggregate of 64% I played nationals while am studying my 12th.can you please suggest me when VO ask abt my backlogs.........

Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?

My nephew is second year in high school in China and is coming to the US for two year high school study and then would like to go for a 4 year college. On the DS-165 form, should he say he will stay in the U.S. for 2 years or for 6 years ( 2+4)? thank you in advance for any thoughts on this.
