I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London.
I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the
summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The
university pays their student to study for the summer as
they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I
able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
Also, can I apply for a visa in London instead of going back
to France for the embassy appointment?

hey im from sri lanka.. last wk i had my f1 visa intrvw for fall 2009.but its rejcted under the 214-b. i dnt knw whatz the exact reason. visa officer ws a lady. and 1st she askd 4 my acedemic levels, then abt my college. and finalay abt my sponsor...whn i gave her the answer abt sponsor she rejected me. actualy my 2 uncles badly want me to study very well. they are sponsering me and my parents and i have my own money also, college need only 50000$ for entire degree and i have more than that. can anybody pls tell me what to do. i wish to apply again
hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made 4 mistaken. All i want to ask are.. 1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong? 2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it mistake? 3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?

I got less in GRE 810 and ielts 5.5.My accademics are 60.23 with one backlog inter 72.8 ssc 69.5.So what reason should i give for my low gre .Actually i wrote gre exam after my engineering i am 2007 pass out.My english score in s.s.c. is 70 and in inter i got 57 and 64 in english first year and second year and my maths in s.s.c is 75 and in inter i got more than 138.What suitable reason i give if the visa officer ask for low GRE.?

hello everyone.i have been rejected thrice for in ma interview last year in da month of december,,n m again planning to apply for august 2011.last tym i had appliedto da university of central oklahoma,,its cost was $16000 after getting $2000.i had shown property of abt may b nepali 7 crore,n had bank blc of 40 lakhs n hav monthly income of abt 35 lakhs,all documents r original,,ma a levl grades maths-E, chemistry-E n general paper-b..dey rejected me once telling i had no intention of studyn,,,next property not enough,,n last tym also,da same,,,wat m i to do,,,is it bkoz of ma grades or property or wat,,any commenst plzz,,m dying over here,,like hell
I have done my MBA (finance and marketing) in 2004 and have worked for 5 years. Now I want to apply for MBA program in USA.Please let me know if Visa officer at consultate puts me a question, why do you want to go for MBA again ? ( Having MBA in 2004 and 5 years experience)..Please suggest me with suitable answer.. Hi, I am Gulshan... I had appeared for interview twice and going to apply for third time. I have done BCA in 2004 and since 2004 i am in working with leading finace company. I have applied for MBA. I have not given any ILETS or GMAT exam. First time the consulate asked me for my GMAT score and i was unable to give any answer. but the second time the interview was very quite imperessive. i havd given every answer to their questions but again they refused. I dont know the reason for second time. Kindly suggest me, is there any possiblities to get visa in third time?
