required for the f1visa.is ther any other way that i can
get f1visa or any option left/.and my clases starts from

hi I'm Sindhu. Recently I got married n My husband is working in USA ( H1b). I completed my engg in 2005 and was working in a software comp for the past 3yrs. Now I want to continue my further studies. Instead of attending H4 now and converting my visa to F1 there..I want to directly attend my F1. So what are the main queries I'm going to face @ consulate

I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........
