Hi tunisian you have to prove that you will come back after your study.To prove that you say that I will come back to my country bcoz there are so many top companies which give me opportunity to work on my field(whatever your field & major subject)and my family have strong economical background so i dont need to stay there for business purpose.My ambition and main purpose to go us is only for study.(get information about your field related company,you must have all information about your desired company like is growth,demand,salary package etc.)Ok

hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

well i am a physiotherapist having 4 years of experience, and question is. i have 7 backlogs and 2 years of pause to complete my degree. and i dont even have tests score like toefl and gre.and i also have an i 20 form a univesity which dont requier toefl and gre. what are the chances of success on visa?
hi..i am jalark patel..i got admission from fdu university.i am a dentist..i got refusal in visa twice..they r considering me as an potential immigrant as my sister is there on H1B status..they rejected me under usa immigration law 214 b..now i m lilbit confused wat to do next???????is there any hope still alive for me to study there??? in interview that lady officer directly rejected me after hearing that my sister is der on H1B..i have a gud academic as well as financial background plus indian ties r gud but somehow they didnt give me visa..wat r dey wanting?? please suggest me as soon as possible..if it so den do v have to believe now dat if ur brother or sister is working there then u cant go there??? help me asap..waiting for kind reply..thank you..
How many times can one apply for visa if rejected once for fall 2009 ? I was rejected a visa on june 23rd. and can i apply for emergency date for 2nd attempt , however i am not able to view dates for the interview.

I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?
Hi Friends.. I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? Hello everybody.......I am Vishal from Bangalore....I have secured admission in a flight school at USA for commercial pilot training. Ill be appearing for M1 visa interview at US consulate (Chennai) shortly. I am not taking any professional guidance for my visa interview, so i would glad if you guys can answer few of my questions and advise me on the same. Let me tel you guys a lil about my training. The duration of my training is 7-9months. The cost of my training as mentioned on I-20 is $45000 U.S. dollars. It includes 6 months accommodation, food and and utility expenses. I have got a education loan from a nationalized bank. The bank has sanctioned $41500 U.S. dollars. My parents are funding the remaining amount required for my training and other personnel expense . My first questions that, Apart from the $45000 U.S. dollars how much more funds will the interviewer expect me to have at the time of my interview. My second question is regarding the work permit. As you guys know currently air carriers in India are suffering badly, so they have stopped hiring pilots. If i perform well my flight school is ready to employ me as a instructor. However with M1 visa i can stay only for a year without any work permit. So is it possible to apply for work permit and get my visa extended at the end of my training without having come to India? Kindly advise... Regards
