I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is
like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last
name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university
is asking for Last name to be written else get a new
passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The
second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU
(First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This
option will create serious problems in VISA
interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from
this university and its required for I20.Please help.

This question is regarding documents for funds. I got documents for EPF but the problem is its in the electronic form which can be printed i.e. no bank or any EPF official would be attesting or certifying it. Is it okay if I get this electronically generated EPF printouts ATTESTED BY A NOTARY or a Gazzetted Officer Please do reply ASAP.

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?
