If the developer doesn't accepts bug then we need to send
our bug report along wit the screen shot where we found the
bug & also we can show the spec to the developer pointing
out these are the client req & ths wat he expects.
Evn thn the developer doesnt accepts the bug we can go for
bug review meeting.

When developer dose not accept below steps to be followed

1. One of them not understood the functionality properly.
2. If they are on the same page
3. What kind of BUG it is when is it occurring
4. Where it is occurring, Only in Test environment ? If so
check in the other machine to reproduce.
5. If its reproducible in other machine ?
6. Involve Developer also in discussions with Team lead
7. Decide and conclude the situation.

if the tester find the bug and the developer reject it, it is called defect not a bug, and the tester must be clear in explaining the procedure how the error araises ( steps of finding the error ) .. and send back note to the developer..
