Firstly,try to Reproduce the defect at our side.If it
reproduce again then write its Steps to Reproduce and Take
the Screenshot then send back to develor.If not reproduce
then its ok.
If again Developers told they r unable to Reproduce then
asked them to come at their own seat and show them.
If again they r not agree then discuss the scenario wid TL
of Testing & Development or float a mail to ur senior like
PL or GL wid proper description.
Now its Must Work.

I will again try to reproduce the defect ,if i am able to do
so then ,the i will forward the exact same steps that i followed with the test data attached to replicate it .
If still he/she is not able to do it,then the following
checks needed to be made
1) Environmental set up
2) Correct build in QA
3) Right authentication
4) Correct Test data

"Developer is not able reproduce the defect" .Here the developer is during the development of the product.Defect is during the product acceptance phase.These do not exist together in any development of a product.If a developer is not able to reproduce the defect we change the defect status to 'Not reproduced' and trace to the identification of defect type such as 'product crash, product damaged,product not functional as required by the customer' etc.
Since developer cannot reproduce product crashes again, "Scope" of the defect is 'out of developer site' and during the project management ,project manager assigns the related task that is causing to the defect to developers as 'bugs,issues' of the project.
Everyone needs to understand the where defect,bug,issue exist and fix it.
Not just developers handles bugs but also defects during the acceptance testing of product at client site.

First i will execute the testcase once again and if the
defect is produced the i will send the screen shot of the
defect so the developer can fix it.

Venkat,
Yes u r right but sometimes Developers ddnt accept the
Defect even it exist.So v dont have choice then v may use
above stated step to resolve the Defect.
But if Really developers r unable to reproduce the Defect
then Tester will work closely wid Developers to Reproduce
by using Backend or some new Data.

but that doesnt solve the problem,we have to find the root
cause why the error is appearing...may be its appearing
very rarely,we cannot just keep on arguging with the dev
team..
we have to help them find a solution.

u NEED TO TAKE LOGS IN FAST TRACK.. as the senario may be
critical but rare to reproduce.. so by taking logs
developer can undstd easily..
