TestCases for Telephone:

1.Lift the handset, u should get a tone.
2.Dial the number again u should here the dial tones
3.If the number is busy, in active, or any such issues you
should get an alert about the same
4.If no such alerts , you should here riging tone in the
hand set.
5.If it rings for a long time n destination doesnt picks up
the call, an alert should be given.
6.If not the above case, at destination user must lift the
phone.
7.When he lifts the phone ringing tone must be ended.
8.Now talking session must take place.
9.Both src and destination user can talk n hear properly.
10.If any one of them closes the session, again a tone must
be heard at the other end.
11.Close of session in between

1) Verify the Telephone design as specified.

1a) Telephone colour.
1b) Verify the digits and alfa numerical buttons.
1c) Weight.
1d) lenghth and hight.

2) Check the Readability of digits and alfa numerical
buttons as specified.

3) Connect to the telephone line and pick up the receiver,
active tone should come.

4) If dial any digits/alfa numerical, dial tone should come
through the receiver.
(If caller id is there verify the number dialed)

5) Dial an invalid phone number, proper voice message should
come from the phone subscriber.

6) Dial a valid phone number , phone ringing sound should
come through the receiver
6a)>Once the other end user pick up the phone, should able
to communicate.
6b)>if no response from the end alert tone should come from
the phone subscriber.
6c)>Verify the sound quality.

7) Dial to this telephone from some other phone. Ringing
sound should come from the phone.
7a)>Verify the caller id for the received number.
7b)>Once pick up the phone,should able to communicate.
7c)>Verify the sound quality.

8)While hang up the telephone, call should be disconnected.

9)validate the Voice message.

10)Validate the caller id history/Edit/Save/delete. etc
