High severity and High priority
Any functionalities are missing,
for example in banking when money is transfering bal is
deducted from origin account but not in bank account.
High severity and low priority
when Money is Transfering getting deducted from origin but
not transfering to Destination account.
High priority and low severity
For explample company logo
Low severity and low priority
GuI,font, size,etc

high sev, high prior--> if any bug is acting like a show
stopper...(with out fixing the bug....we cant proceed
further)
high sev, low prior--->if a bug is very severe and if the
application can be run along with the presence of bug.as
per time being if that bug is not that much severe to stop
production.
low severe, high priority:GUI defects-->spelling
mistakes....
low severe, low prior--->like title allignment ...some
millimeters left...
if a buttons text<<next>> is in caps.... that means
ignorable defects.....
with these...u can imagine day to day examples
