I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a
Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the
period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School
12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as
subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period
1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run
small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree
in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the
Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
i have applied for the f1 visa i have only bank loan as a proof of funds can i get a visa or if not what are the supporting documents i can show? and also my interview date is on 30 nov 2007 can i postpone this to later date in december? i have paid visa fees and sevis fees is there any other fees?

Hi i am on OPT right Now.And i m workig in a company since 1 month. I am having the paystub and all the documents.I m willing to visit india for marriage on march. So would there be problem while entering US again. Is there Any new Rules in 2010 reagrding this.

I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. what if my sponsor is other than what is mentioned in my I- 20.during application process,i have given a bank statement stating that my mother is sponsoring me now my uncle is going to sponsor my education in USA.so pls tell me the solution to this answer?
