Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till
10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is
not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US
and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in
India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till
10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am
wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please
advise!

I have been applied for student visa. I am marroed. This status makes any problem during my interview.My spouse is in US.
i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?

FOR ADMINISTRATION PROCESS. SO MY QUESTION TO ALL OF U FRIENDS IS THAT DID I GOT THE VISA OR NOT ??
Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?
