The zero date of a project signals the effective start of
the project. It is an important part of the project planning
and establishment. The completion of projection will be
counted from this point of time. It is important to ensure
that all activities that effect project performance like
arrangement of finance, infrastructure facilities, formation
of new company, division, government and clearance etc.
