There are many other databases apart from the above. We can find many of the databases used in Bioinformatics from NCBI repository through ENTREZ search engine. Other resources for databases can also be found, as individual institutes and universities are maintaining them. But among all the databases the above mentioned databases are frequently used for Bioinformatics research.
