Test Plan is a high level document that describes
Identifier and intro for proj, approach for testing,
features to be tested and not to be tested, schedule,
resources, their responsibilies, roles, pass/fail criteria,
cinsumption/ resumption criteria, test items, deliverables,
training if required, environment needs.
Its simply a contract between Dev team and test team.
Its generally used n prepared for a project only.

And Test strategy is the hight level description of the
test level to be performed and the testing within those
level for orgonisation for a project or more than one.
