TC 1:- Verify the Mb Ph. without Battery. That should be off
w/o battery
TC 2:- Try to dial a number when it is off.
And also tell him some more -ve TCs.

1. "switchoff" and check for display.
2. Check for Keypad lock.
3. characters should not be displayed in calculator option.
4. check for Radio option without enhancement.
