2. dail a number when it was switched off.
3. dail a number when there is no signal
4. receiving a call when there is no signal.
5. send a message when there is no balance.
6. check the mobile ringig functionalitys whether it is in
silent mode.
7. check the mobile recharge when it is put for recharge
8. check the mobile functionality when it is broken.
