Deffered means, when we reported a bug to particular
developer, due to the lack of time he may deffered to next
release / for some time, when that particular defect not
related to any other functionality.
Deffered means its not low priority bug as someone mentioned,
it can be high priority defect also.
If its hight priority they have to release within 4 or 8
working hours after deployed the build otherwise they can
delay upto next release

Comapny does not work on policies
They don't have development managers, QA people derive development projects.
No PF deducted
2 years bond in which they will ask employee to work on php if you were hired for Java or do testing if you are developer or whaterver they want
If employee is billable by client and he leaves organisation then they also they will make client fool by sending mail from that employee's account.
Management Rajeev Rai and Sumit Jaitley are part of all the fraud been done.
Development policies are same as QA policies as QA managers derive deveopment.
Please don't join this organisation

Deffered means, when we r reporting a bug to particular
developer, then the importence of the bug or by the lack of
time they are not going to fix that bug at that time. So
for that bug they assign DEFFERED STATE.

deffered or pospond is a kind of status in software defect life cycle.which is declared based on
1-importance of bug( means if raised bug is not going to effect current release so they pospond the bug in next release
to get fixed)
2- due to lack of time in release(means they have number of bug to be fixed in current release)
this status generally changed by business manager or testing manager or one who knows about product very well)
